As the curious protagonist discovers a virtual reality 'game' set in an escape room, he increasingly becomes at the mercy of the insanity at the heart of the strange puzzle, and the unknown 'puppet-master' who created it. Immersed in the fantasy world of the 'game' of 'Necropolis' -- a fantastic virtual world set in a necromancers paradise of sorcery and secrecy, the 'unknown journalist' slowly learns the terrifying secret of the 'Shapeshifter of Necropolis' and the unseen hand of power 'behind the curtain' of the virtual game.
